Statement of Inclusivity:

As a practitioner (and a person), I am fully committed to anti-oppression work, including: examining and challenging my own internal biases, learning from folks with diverse backgrounds, and advocating for marginalized populations however I can.

I strive to create a welcoming and inclusive practice for ALL people to find wellness in their life; this includes feeling at home in your body type, gender, race, sexual orientation, belief system, etc. You are welcome here, and your experience is valued here.

In therapy, all of our work will take place within YOUR perspective, goals, strengths, and priorities. You won’t be expected to meet outside measures of success or health, we’ll work to define what those mean to you.

I believe, without a doubt, that we all have inherent worth and value as humans, and that our wellness starts with a firm belief in our own worth.
