30 Days of Self-Connection

If you’ve met me or been around my work for awhile, you already know this:

I am a firm believer that no real wellness can exist without first establishing a good foundation of self-connection.

I also believe that dramatic and sweeping changes are not the way to create true and sustainable wellness in our lives, but rather the small, everyday steps we take to turn inward.

Each day of the challenge involves a simple (note: simple is not always easy) task to check in with yourself. Each task can be done in just a few moments, at any time of day, and with no extra equipment or props (well, maybe a pen and paper).
